Legal Alliance Company was founded in 1995. Today, the Company has one of the strongest practices in the area of Life Sciences in Ukraine and CIS region.

Our extensive network of partnership law firms practicing pharmaceutical law in other jurisdictions results in successful implementation of transnational projects in the pharmaceutical area.

We are an official legal partner of AIPM Ukraine (Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers). In 2011, the Company initiated establishment of Pharmaceutical law Committee under the jurisdiction of the Ukraine Bar Association – one of the largest association of lawyers in this country operating under the leadership of the Company staff.
