P1 — это бар, погруженный в тени, свет и морскую панораму на 6 этаже первого морского дизайн-курорта M1 Club Hotel. Минималистичная отделка из дерева, стекла и металла, массивная кожаная и металлическая мебель, speakeasy бар и свет от панорамных окон создают уникальное пространство для отдыха.

Специально для P1 prosecco bar Оля Геркулес (Лондон, Англия) — шеф-повар, фуд-стилист и автор книги «Mamushka: Recipes from Ukraine & beyond», «Восходящая звезда 2015» по версии «The Guardian» — подготовила меню на основе перуанской и средиземноморской кухни с акцентом на традиции и простоту. Разнообразие севиче, тартара, карпаччо и свежих морепродуктов удовлетворит вкусы всех гостей Р1.

В speakeasy баре Р1 гостей ждет prosecco on TАР, лимонады и сорбеты собственного приготовления, а также классическая коктейльная карта на основе правильных ингредиентов, подготовленная искусным барным миксологом Василием Шилофостом.

На террасе Р1 регулярно проводятся gourmet-вечеринки при участии лучших музыкантов и миксологов. Также возможно проведение частных мероприятий и реализация любых event-возможностей . P1 обладает всем для создания незабываемого события.

P1 is a bar immersed in the shadows, light and the sea view at the 6th floor of the first marine design resort M1 Club Hotel. Minimalistic decoration with wood, glass and metal, massive leather and metal furniture, speakeasy bar and light from the panoramic windows – all these things create a unique space for recreation.

Especially for P1 prosecco bar Olia Hercules (London, England) - chef, food stylist and author of the book “Mamushka: Recipes from Ukraine & beyond”, “Rising star of 2015" according to “The Guardian” - prepared menu on the basis of the Peruvian and Mediterranean cuisine with an accent on tradition and simplicity. A variety of ceviche, tartare, carpaccio and fresh seafood will satisfy the tastes of all guests of P1.

Prosecco on TAP, lemonades, homemade sorbets and the classic cocktail menu based on right ingredients prepared by experienced mixologist Vasily Shilofost are waiting for guests in the speakeasy bar.

Gourmet-parties with the participation of the best musicians and mixologists are regularly held on the P1 terrace. It’s also possible to carry private parties and embody any event-options. P1 has everything to create an unforgettable event.
