We have passed certification with regards to the requirements of Quality Standards. Our Company is managed by trained personnel willing to meet all the requirements of the customers. We understand that well-qualified seafarers is of vital importance to efficient and safe shipping.

The main activity of our crewing department is recruitment of seafarers of all ranks from Master to steward and crewing/spare parts services for ship-owners / ship-managers for all types of vessels. We have a huge database of professional seafarers with experience on LPG, oil & chemical tanker vessels, bulkcarriers, container ships, barge carrier vessels , Flo-Flo type, Ro-Ro car carriers vessels, AHTV, DP vessels, cruise ships & passenger ferry boat.
Our specialists take active part in the process of delivery of the vessels and further serve on board of the named fleet as masters and chief engineers.

• Chemical and Liquefied Gas Tanker ( Regulations V/1, V/2, V/3; Annex A of the Resolution 11,12 and Section A-V/1)
• Inert Gas Certificate (Regulation V/1)
• Oil Tanker ( Regulation V/1, Annex A of the Resolution 10 and Section A-V/1)
• Crude Oil Washing (Regulation V/1)
• RO-RO passenger ship (Section A-V/2)

And also Bridge Team Management, AMOS Training, BERM certification, Hygiene courses for cooks and actually any other rare certificates upon the request of the client.

One of our divisions is specialized on recruitment for cruise vessels, yachts and passenger ferryboats. We are in full possession of the extensive base of high-qualified specialists of all ranks with wide experience on the mentioned types of vessels (including deck, engine, restaurant, galley, bar, housekeeping department). All our seafarers are adequately trained according to the high service requirements with experience on the cruise and passenger vessels.
We are pleased to offer you highly qualified specialists in the field of AHTV, DP and off-shore Drilling rigs. Should it be mentioned that our database is quite abundant w/the seafarers possessing vast experience in off-shore units. In Ukraine nowadays there is a vast number of professionals ready for immediate employment on board of the above units and it would be our pleasure introducing them to your attention.

We use English Language Test to assess prospective crew of all ranks. Also the office is equipped with webcams enabling the video interview between the ship-owner and the candidate if necessary. Prior to assigning to work the seafarers are obligatory tested in compliance with medical requirements and for drugs and alcohol dependence by licensed Medical Authorities.

Our Agency collaborates with authorized Medical Center in respect of pre-joining examination. For drug and alcohol tests special testing is used.
As per the Client request the Center deliver the following services:
• Chest X-Ray
• ECG
• Complete Blood Count
• AIDS Test
• Stool Examination
• Urine Analysis
• Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Test
• Psychological Test
• Alcohol Test

As the crewing Company we are able to perform all customary management functions related to crewing including visa and traveling arrangements in short notice time. We are able to provide the uniform for joining seafarers with company’s logo, including overalls, winter jackets, safety shoes. We are capable to ensure that the vessel is manned with qualified and adequately trained Officers and ratings according to the Owners requirements. With safety priority on all our vessels, our crews are carefully selected to meet the particular requirements of certain vessels. One of our priorities is to provide seafarers to any potential customer taking into consideration all the needs of the customer.
Our technical department is specialized in the delivery of spare parts for all types of engines/vessels. As we have very good relations w/all ex-Soviet suppliers (incl Pervomaysk and Bryansk/B&W plant) we are able to provide you w/brand new spares for the unbeatable price.
